Our practice offers you the opportunity to use the power of the web to track all aspects of your health care through our office.  The Patient Portal enables our patients to communicate with our practice easily, safely, and securely over the Internet. 

At your convenience

  • View your health record from any Internet-enabled device
  • View the results of your lab work
  • Exchange secure messages with your healthcare provider
  • Request and manage appointments

By using the Patient Portal you no longer have to call the office, leave a message and wait for a response to get the results of your lab work; those results will be available to you on the Portal.  You no longer have to call with a question or concern; you can send a message to the office through the Portal and expect a prompt reply.

Accessing your Patient Portal is easy:

STEP 1: Once you give us an email address you will receive a welcome email that includes your username and initial password.

STEP 2: Go to and enter your username and the initial password. You will be asked to verify your identity with your date of birth or other unique patient information.

STEP 3: To finish, read, and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

STEP 4: That’s it! You can now access your medical record. Once in your account, you have the option of changing your password.
